6. Go run, type %temp% and press ENTER.
7. Now delete temp file.
8. Right click in every drive and disk cleanup from
properties.

click End Process.

Disk Defragment & Disk Cleanup:
At least once a week Defragmenter and Disk Cleanup to your computer's hard disk. Follow the below instruction:-
For Disk Defragment:
1. Click Start > All Program > Accessories > System Tool > Disk Defragment
2. Now Select Your Drive & Click Defragment Disk.
For Disk Cleanup:
1. Click Start > All Program > Accessories > System Tool > Disk Cleanup
2. Now Select Your Drive & Click OK
3. Now select from file to delete & Click Delete.
