Most used top 20 keyboard shortcuts everyone should know
Use the following shortcut keys will help to quickly perform your work. Keyboard shortcuts are very easy to remember. Keyboard shortcut is reducing repetitive strain and help keep you focused. The most widely used keyboard shortcut keys are described below
with example.

CTRL+C OR CTRL+INSERT
Ctrl+C & Ctrl+Insert both keys are use for copy text.

CTRL+X
Ctrl + X is use for cut any desire text.

CTRL+V OR SHIFT+INSERT
Ctrl+V and Shift+Insert both keys are use for paste text.

Example:
You want to copy some text and paste it your necessary place.
(i)  Select your desire text.
(ii) Press Crtl+C Or Ctrl+Insert from keyboard.
(iii) Now put cursor where you want to paste your text.
(iv) Press Ctrl+V Or Shift+Insert key from keyboard.

You want to move some text another place.
(i)  Select your desire text which you want to move.
(ii) Press Crtl+X from keyboard.
(iii) Now put cursor where you want to move your text.
(iv) Press Ctrl+V Or Shift+Insert key from keyboard.

CTRL+Z AND CTRL+Y
Ctrl+Z (Undo) is use for undo any change & Ctrl+Y (Repeat) is use for repeating any command.
For example, if you cut any text, pressing Ctrl+Z this will undo it. These shortcuts key can also be pressed various times to undo/redo multiple changes. Pressing Ctrl+Y would repeat the previous command.

CTRL+F
You can open the Find in any program by pressing Ctrl+F and also use your Internet browser to find text on the current page.

ALT+TAB OR CTRL+TAB
You can switches between open programs moving forward by pressing Alt+Tab. For example, if you have your browser window open and MS Word is running in the background. Now press Alt+Tab key at a time to cycle through each open program.
Tip: Press Ctrl+Tab to switch between tabs in a program. For example, if you have opened multiple tabs in your browser, press Ctrl+Tab to switch between in open tabs.
Tip: Shift+Alt+Tab or Shift+Ctrl+Tab moves backward. For example, if you are pressing Alt+Tab and pass the program you want to use, press Alt+Shift +Tab to move back to that program.

CTRL+BACKSPACE
You can delete a full word at a time by pressing Ctrl+Backspace key from keyboard.
For Example: Put right site of the text which you want delete & press Ctrl+Backspace.

CTRL+DELETE
You can delete a full word at a time by pressing Ctrl+Delete key from keyboard.
For Example: Put cursor left site of the text which you want delete & press Ctrl + Delete.

CTRL+LEFT OR CTRL+RIGHT ARROW
You will move the cursor one word at a time instead of one character at a time by holding down the Ctrl key while pressing the left or right arrow. If you want to select or highlight one word at a time, hold down Ctrl+Shift and then press the left or right arrow key to move one word at a time in that direction while highlighting each word.

CTRL+S
You can save your document or other file in almost program by using keyboard shortcut command
Press Ctrl+S and type your file name and press ENTER from keyboard.

CTRL+HOME
You will move the cursor to the beginning of the document by pressing Ctrl+Home. It's also work with most documents, as well as web pages.

CTRL+END
You will move the cursor to the end of a document by pressing Ctrl+End. It's also work with most documents, as well as web pages.

CTRL+P
For print a page or document.
For example, if you want to print page no. 2. First put cursor in page no. 2 and press Ctrl+P, then press Alt+E & Press ENTER from keyboard.

PAGE UP, PAGE DOWN, AND SPACEBAR
Page Up: You will move cursor or page up one screen.
Page Down: You will move cursor or page down one screen.
Spacebar: You will move the cursor one space forward by pressing spacebar.
